What is the estimated delivery time for a Captain armband order?
  1. –Delivery time in Europe is approximately  7 to 8 business days after completion of the captain armband(s).
  2. –Delivery time outside Europe is approximately 10 to 15 business days after completion of the captain armband(s)

The Captain armband(s) ordered on will be delivered at the address indicated by you at home and abroad by DHL. (Royal Mail will take care of shipments within the UK). The Captain armbands will be delivered from Monday through to Saturday. After shipment you will receive a direct Track & Trace code from DHL with which you can follow your order.

Who will be responsible for my order delivery?
  1. Express delivery: All our express deliveries will be taken care of by DHL on mainland Europe and upon arrival in the UK, Royal Mail will ship to your designated address.
  2. Priority shipping: All our priority shipments will be delivered by UPS from pick-up in The Netherlands to delivery at your designated address.
Which costs are involved with shipment?

We have 2 options available for shipment:

  1. Express delivery at £ 8.95 including Track and Trace.
  2. Priority shipment at £ 24.95 including Track and Trace.
Which size Captain armband should I order?

At you can select 3 different sizes (Pupil / Junior / Senior) and 3 different heights of Captain armband(s) (6cm /8cm /10cm).
All sizes/heights can be manufactured with a Velcro or standard stitching finish.

The Captain armband sizes available are:
Pupil   –  arm circumference approximately 22cm
Junior –  arm circumference approximately 27cm
Senior –  arm circumference approximately 32cm

When you select a Captain armband with a Velcro finish the Captain armband will generally be 5cm longer in order to obtain a better fit. recommends the following sizes:

Pupil (4 to 12 years) – 6cm/ 8cm
Junior (12 to 16 years) – 6cm/ 8cm/ 10cm
Senior (16 years and older) – 6cm/ 8cm/ 10cm

Can I return my order?

Standard Captain armbands can be returned within 14 days after receipt, unopened and unused.

Personalised Captain armbands  can not be returned!

It is of course unpleasant if you have a complaint about one of our products and/or services. We kindly request you to send your complaint to our customer services department. We will review your complaint and will do our utmost best to resolve your query to the satisfaction of both parties.
